Whitespace matters in else constructions; a newline does not seem to be allowed
in front of else:

# Valid input examples
if (F) {
  print(T)
} else print(F)

if (T) print(T) else print(F)

if (F) {print(T)
} else print(F)

# Invalid input examples
if (F) {
  print(T)
}
else print(F)

if (F)
  print(T)
else print(F)
