bug(?) in R FAQ - Should I run R from within Emacs? (PR#1772)

For the cost of one of those plug and play apps that your OS is so
fond of, I'd be happy to provide a simple install.  Would you like to
know where to send your check to?  

(In fact, for XEmacs, we have).
