Hi Neil.

I was just thinking about this in the last few days. It might well be
nice to have this and encourage people to think of R as a regular
scripting language as well as an interactive session language. (We
also would want to try to streamline the startup time which is
gradually becoming possible.)

If you send me what you currently have for 1.5.0, I'd be happy to see
if we might include them in R or find a way to provide them as an
optional add-on.  Or if you want to update them for 1.6.1, that would
be great too and save me the trouble.
