install.packages() together with pixmap package (PR#2042)

Well, 2 help pages doesn't mean only 2 functions ... unless you count
all methods for a generic only as one function.

There will be a new release of pixmap next week which contains a
complete rewrite of the code using the methods package, hence it
might not be worth the effort.
