This happened on both RH7.2 linux and Solaris 8.

It doesn't seem to have pushed out to rsync yet, but applying your change
by hand to my src/library/Makefile.in file on the solaris machine appears
to have fixed things.  (Haven't tried it on my linux machine yet).
