[Rd] getGenerics is wrong in 1.8.0 alpha (PR#4184)

I have mentioned this several times, and it is still incorrect.  So I am 
submitting a formal bug report.

In 1.7.1 in a vanilla session

body<- is incorrectly attributed to "methods", although it originates in 
base (whereas Compare, Complex and Math2 do not occur in base).
