Unfortunately, zipped attachements tend to come through as above, if
at all. There are ways around it, but you're not exactly motivating
people to chip in. (Remember that you want *them* to do *you* a favour.)

You might be better off extracting a little more context around the
place where it goes wrong. Or, push coming to shove, give us the log
in plain text.
