## Firstly, notice that the hour is 11, but was set to 12.

> tm + 3600  ## Add an hour
[1] "2005-08-29 12:00:00 EDT"

> tm + c(0, 1) * 3600  ## Repeat
[1] "2005-08-29 07:00:00 Eastern Daylight Time"
[2] "2005-08-29 08:00:00 Eastern Daylight Time"

Oddly, the first two results differ from the second two by 4 hours.
