[Rd] Improve error message for bad NAMESPACE file?

I suspect this line in namespace.R:

                }
                stop(gettextf("unknown namespace directive: %s", deparse(e)),
                     call. = FALSE, domain = FALSE)

Does domain=NA solve this?
