[Rd] New developers section on the R Wiki

Hello all,

There is a new section on the R Wiki (hhtp://wiki.r-project.org) 
dedicated to discussions around various R developments 
(http://wiki.r-project.org/rwiki/doku.php?id=developers:developers).

Any R developer is free to create a page, or a whole subsection to 
discuss particular R developement aspects. This is of course purely 
optional. In particular, R Core Team members use to maintain their own 
development section at http://developer.r-project.org/.

Note also that, if you create a page on the R Wiki, it is to share a 
discussion about your developements with other useRs/developeRs. If your 
intention is just to inform people about your own developments, you 
should better write an HTML page on your own Web site (read-only for the 
other useRs/developeRs).
