[Rd] Wrong links in help help files? (PR#14155)

This is now fixed in R-devel and R-patched as of  r50774.  It should 
show up in Windows builds tomorrow.  There were probably other special 
characters besides "?" that it handled incorrectly; thanks for noticing.
