[Rd] Inspect a "delayed" assigned whose value throws an error?

If it was any other environment than the global, you could use substitute:

e <- new.env()
delayedAssign("foo", stop("Hey!"), assign.env = e)
substitute(foo, e)

delayedAssign("foo", stop("Hey!"))
substitute(foo)
