The lookip is source or binary-package based. Eg here are three binaries
built from source 'r-base':

  http://snapshot.debian.org/binary/r-base-core/
  http://snapshot.debian.org/binary/r-base-dev/
  http://snapshot.debian.org/binary/r-mathlib/
