[Rd] Illegible Long S4 Methods in Reference Manual Index

Good day,

If there are S4 methods documented in an R package of the form

functionName,aVariableType,anotherVariableType-method

and some of the variable types have lengthy names and are defined in other developers' packages, such as MultiAssayExperiment, the Index section of the reference manual forces such functions to be on one line. If the function specification is in the first column, it overlaps with another function specification in the second column, making both of them illegible. If it's in the second column, the end of the specification goes beyond the right side of the page. May R CMD Rd2pdf automatically wrap these for legibility?
