[Rd] Rgui.exe: bug associated with non-ASCII characters

Sorry, I noticed the bug but I really forgot to add the "c", for combine 
arguments, when I wrote the email.

In fact, adding "c" R accepts sending the selection and copy/paste, but 
it does not accept the sending with the cursor at the beginning of the 
line.

v1 <- c('pá', 'pé', 'pí', 'pó', 'pü')

Place the cursor at the beginning of the line and try to send it via 
CTRL+R
