R-beta: Problem instaling e1071

As indicated in the README file of e1071 you need libpgm and libpbm to
compile the image loading functions. pgm.h is an associated header
file. For Debian Linux these are contained in the netpbm and
netpbm-dev packages, I don't know about other OSs.
