  I have just upload to ftp://ftp.stat.unipd.it/users/guido/R/libraries
  binary version of rmutil and gnlm, and BTW, since I have them
  on my HD also cclust, gee, multiv, leaps, lme, polymars, polynom,
  sgeostat, stable.
  They all includes the help (text+html) but not the examples.
  To install, just download the files you want and then unzip
  them in rw0630/library. If you want the html documntation
  linked to the others launch R and run

  With respect to the other Jim Lindsey's packages you can try using
  the instructions in the Brian Ripley's makehelp files, BUT
  if I rebember egcc-g77 (which is the current Fortran compiler used
  by Brian and me ) has some problems with some of the Jim's packages
  (I don't rebember well, Jim can perhaps be more precise, but
  when I installed them under Linux, I switched to f2c;
  perhaps, this was my fault).
