[R] OT: PSTOWMF

I have forgotten something important here: Word will use the real eps file
if you print to a postscript printer (Apple laser writer does fine) and will
use the correct bounding box.
The nice thing with this procedure is that Word can not mess with the
picture, thus it can digest quite high number of figures (this is not always
the case with real metafiles); the print quality is excellent and you have a
preview on the screen. My notices say, that you can even add additional
labels to the preview.
