[R] Cooks distances

Is there a reason why cook.distance(lm(model)) gives a different answer to
glm.diag(glm(model))$cook

glm.diag is in boot and the difference is a ratio of about 0.8.

Comparison with GLIM (the Gold Standard) shows that the lm() value is
right but the glm() value is wrong.  I can supply the data is you want -
the model was just a 3-level factor - no continuous variables at all.
