[R] rw0632: Can not install packages

That package works here.  Could you please be a lot more informative in
your Qs: the ctest package is changed frequently, so please tell us the
version you are trying to install (in the DESCRIPTION file) and the date on
which you downloaded it. Also, please tell us what file structure you got
when you installed it.  The zip file contains

  Length     Date   Time    Name
    32157  02-19-99 20:54   ctest/R/ctest

If that file exists at RHOME/library/ctest/R/ctest, the problem is that
R is not finding it.

Beyond that, it is easy to debug the R function (here library) to step
through the code and find where the error message is coming from, check
what file it is asking for, and if that file exists, check it is readable.

R is a collaborative project; there is no technical support service and we
do rely on users debugging problems as far as they can.
