  that's the source version (as I guessed in my previous message).
  As written in the rw0632's README binary version for Windows are
  provided by Brian Ripley and are available at 
  CRAN/bin/windows/windows-NT/contrib/
  where,e.g., CRAN=http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/R
  Of course, you can install from the source but in this case you
  have to follow the instruction in the README (and in
  README.PACKAGES in rw0632sp.zip or rw0632s.zip; indeed
  you also need one of these two files).
