[R] RPM for gss package

Well, if you include perl, you get to at least 25M for a development
environment on a RedHat 6.0, which could be pushing the limits too far
on small but otherwise quite usable laptops...

However, I suppose that most people with laptops will also have access
to somewhat larger systems and the libraries should be quite easily
cross-built?
