[R] Runing R on Xemacs

This belongs on the ess-help list, not on the R-help list, as it is an
ESS specific question.  Did you read the ess-site file?  It steps you
through the necessary configuration changes that you might need.
However, for most people, it might work as is (except for perhaps the
ess-lisp-directory variable).
