[R] Re: R 0.90.0 for Windows rwinst fails (for me) and workaround

Did you also download the matching rwinst.exe?  I did and that it ran
perfectly for me, and I am sure Guido tested it before release.  You cannot
mix and match here: there are several new features in the installer too.

We split the b.zip to keep things under one floppy in size. (Yes, I know
the docs zip is bigger than one floppy, but the zipped Reference manual
alone is.)
