[R] help in fortran code

there's no Fortran routine  dpill() in Kernsmooth.
locpoly is
	KernSmooth/src/locpoly.f
out of the tar archive

Can you get it from there?

Note however that we would want patches for the *.R and *.Rd files in the
source as well..}
Can you try to work with a source version of R ?
