[R] windows() graphics driver on NT4.0

That is not the current version. Graphics sizes in R were altered quite
considerably in 0.90.0 (not 90.0!) and modified again in 0.90.1. Please
upgrade and try again.

Similar things have been reported for other devices: I think this is not
actually to do with windows() except possibly that on some machines Windows
was lying about the screen and font dimensions.

If the problem persists, we need a reproducible example as a bug report,
please.
