[R] windows() graphics driver on NT4.0

Thanks for the reply.  I have upgraded to 0.90.1 and the problem with cex=
being ignored has been fixed, but there seem to be different problems with
the windows() sizing.  I will follow up with a bug report when I am able to
articulate the problems.
