[R] R-1.1.0 - f2c in configure

Fine. Just let me add that "fc" is not a typo. The Fortran compiler
really is called by that name on some systems. f2c is not a Fortran
compiler (it outputs C code, not .o files) so detecting it as one is
not going to work.
