Yes that is correct. It has nothing to do with quasi-likelihood. The
function gnlr does linear and nonlinear regression based on likelihood
with all of the under- and overdispersed Poisson- and binomial-related
distributions that I am aware of. If anyone can suggest others, I
shall implement them. Jim
