[R] Installing R on RedHat7.0 -- binary RPM seems OK

FWIW -- I installed RH7.0 *over* my existing R installation (RH6.1). 
Everything, including tcl/tk, seems OK.  R-base is the binary RPM
R-base-1.1.1-1 built on 16 Aug 2000. Tcl/Tk are both 8.3.  The RH
upgrade process seems to have left R-base untouched (good!).
