[R] Object size in bytes

Dear all,

If I may request a feature, I would find it very useful to be able to
obtain a the sizes of the objects along with object names with e.g. ls().

Sometimes, my workspace gets cluttered up with all kinds of large objects
(arrgggh, entropy! :-)), and to clean it up, it would be nice to make a
list of the largest objects so I could delete whatever is not needed.
