[R] Installing R-packages via install.package

you can set your R_LIBS to e.g. 

export R_LIBS=/home/your_account/lib/R

and use `R CMD INSTALL -l ~/lib/R mypkg' or

`install.packages'. This is much better than having the packages in R_HOME
(think of installing a new R :-)
