[R] problem with sm package

Dear all

I just installed the sm package and I'm trying to use the sm.poisson
procedure but I always get the following Error Message:

"cannot find .sm.Options"

I even tried some of the scripts that come with the package and got the same
result.

Any hints as to what may be going on?
