[R] html command index

There is a separate alphabetical index for each package, including base.
There isn't an overall index, but it's usually fairly easy to guess which
package is relevant. Look under "Packages".

The help pages are still there (and the search engine seems to work). Go
to http://www.r-project.org and select "Help Pages"
