Dear R users,

Thank you to Uwe Ligges, Roger Bivand and James Holtman
for their quick and helpful responses to my question about
creating what some call "Christmas tree graphs". I decided
that "pyramid plot" sounds better!

There were several solutions, involving barplot by itself,
rect combined with segments, and then segments on its own.
I'd only thought that maybe rect could be used, so getting
several solutions was very instructive. Thank you again.

Regards,
