[R] t-test with indifference zone

Hi R gurus,

I am looking for a t-test function with indifference
zone... or a reference.

Basically, I would like to have the following test:

Ho:   0 < u < 2
Ha:   u > 2 or u < 0

Any reference or a published paper for this type of
test is welcome.
