[R] RCMD Beginner

The file name on CRAN is RODBC_0.8-2.tar.gz, so I suspect Netscape or
something has mangled it.  If you can get it downloaded with that
name, this should work (and did for me a few hours ago, see below).

BTW, on Windows it is Rcmd, on Unix/Linux R CMD, so I found `RCMD' 
a bit confusing.

Alternatively, I rebuilt that package on Windows this morning, and it
is now available pre-compiled as a zip file at

http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/RWin/RODBC.zip

Please use that in preference to a version on CRAN (it will get there
tomorrow), as the help will be in a better state (but older builds
do work).
