[R] second Y axis

Brand new the R language - coming from SAS/Gauss/Stata - so sorry for the 
newbie question.

I want to overlay two graphs - same X axis but seperate Y's.  How can I 
specify a right hand Y axis.  

It is one of those questions is probably obvious to everyone but the newbie.  
Can't find it in the various sources on the web and books I have though.
