[R] comments on documentation

That's why we started the ``contributed documentation'' section on
CRAN. I completely agree that more newbie documentation would be
helpful. It's just a matter of getting it written. I don't think there
currently exists such a thing as a documentation team, but if somebody
volunteers to organize it we'd be more than glad to put the results on
CRAN!
