[R] library for mixed GLM?

Dear all

I recently had to use GLMM(). I tested both Lindsey's GLMM and
GLIMMGibbs. For the
case of a random intercept I found Lindsey's GLMM more reliable. When
both methods
converged the qualitative nature of the answers was similar. GLIMMGibbs
broke down more
often, or I failed to tune the simulation proberly.

However, GLMMGibbs allows for, say, two random factors, which (I think)
was not possible
with Lindsey's GLMM:

I shall test this further.

regards

Helgi
