[R] help uses only netscape?

But that is already built into some of them:

Try (NS 4.7x)

netscape fee.fie.foo &
netscape foo.bar.baz &

then press Alt-Q in either and both will die. 

Mozilla 0.7 seems effectively to have -remote as the default.
