[R] Can I see japanese in R run with Emacs(ESS) ?

Possibly, yes, if your Emacs can already display Japanese fonts.

I don't have ESS installed and can't try now, but you may be able to
display Japanese characters if you set Emacs's language environment
correctly. Reading ``Specify a Coding System'' in Emacs's Info may
help you, I guess.
