[R] tcl/tk & Windows2000?

While I am out of the office, two things on setting TCL up in
Windows2000.  First, if you
are networked, you need full read and write permissions.  Second, you
then need to set the permissions for TCL using the stupid menu driven
icon that is inWindows2000.  To find out more about this, go to the web
pages for TCL/TKL from the people who wrote it (sorry I don't have it
handy).  

They have evidently done something in Win2000 concerning TCL/TKL.  I got
the r-routines to work, but have yet to get PIT (a remote sensing
program in TCL/TKL) to work.
