You could browse around 'ts' and 'tseries' packages. They both have the
explanation of every fucntion as well as some examples. It rest to ask if
you want an approach in the frequency or time domain. Anyway, 'ts' packages
handles very well both aspects. You could find some good examples in the
'pastecs' package (in french as far as i know) manual too.

More than a site I recommend you the books:

The Analysis of Time Series. An Introduction.Chris Chatfield. Chapman &
Hall 	and
Time Series: A Biostatistical Introduction. Peter Diggle. Oxford Science
Publications.

 I think they are a very starting point to this field. 

You could look to the R News Vol 2/2, June 2002 on the R web. It has two
chapters devoted to this matter.

Rest to ask what kind of data do you have and what do you expect from them?
