[R] Is there a way of getting R up and running on an IPAQ 3870?

I understand an IPAQ runs a version of Windows CE aka Pocket Windows?
If so

1) We don't know of a suitable compiler.
2) I believe that even under Linux on that or similar hardware there are
problems with floating-point support.

So, it needs someone with a lot of time to get it working, I guess.
