[R] delcol() of Splus

As ?delcol in Splus says

   This is support for the function drop1.lm(). It is not intended to be
   called directly by users.

so you should not be using it (in R or S-PLUS).

R has a different implementation of the internals of many functions.
It is not a question of `it disappears': R is not a version of S-PLUS but a
separate implementation of the S language.
