[R] Code in Rd help files other than in \examples{}

No, it would be rather trivial to add, but I'd rather spend the time
working on future solutions than improving the current code.

Just to avoid misunderstandings: This does not mean that writing Rd
files is likr driving in a dead end street ... R core certainly has
the largets body of documents in Rd format (more than 600 files in the
base package, not to count all the other packages we are involved
with) and either we keep the syntax or provide a perfect translation
facility where necessary.

No, \code{} is meant for short code snippets. E.g., in the text
translations it is highlighted by single quotes, which will look funny
when the content spreads over multiple lines.
