Dear Prof de Leeuw,

Sorry to disturb you, but I tried several times to open
http://www.jstatsoft.org with some days of interval and I haven't
succeeded. It looks like an address lookup problem. I also tried the
ucla address that I found through a web search, but it is redirected to
http://www.jstatsoft.org and so also fails.

Have JSS pages been moved?
