[R] SetupR.exe install problem?

When you run the executable you do get a dialog box, provided you have an
exact copy, and provided your machine is virus-free.  SetupR.exe *is* R;
there is nothing more to download.  There is an article about this in

No one else has reported a problem, so it seems unlikely that the CRAN
original is corrupt.
