[R] Renviron and Rprofile

The same problem than anybody else: ?Rprofile gives details on the order
of execution of both .Renviron and .Rprofile, but not the simple,
plain information that you provide in your message. Also, it
would be useful providing an example of user
.Rprofile,
as  R-1.4.0/etc/Rprofile warns that 
"it is a bad idea to use this file as a template for
 personal startup files,".

(information in R-intro.pdf is similar to
the one in ?Rprofile, but obsolete as R-1.4.0
follows a different order. According to NEWS, the
doc in  `Writing R Extensions' has been updated,
but not R-intro.pdf)

(As quite often happens in R, perhaps all the required 
information is there,
but sometimes the jargon and the jungle of other
information makes it very hard
to get to what the user is searching).
